FAQ · Evidence boundaries
Kakobuy Spreadsheet QC photo FAQ
These answers help keep a photo note descriptive, traceable, and honest about missing evidence.
Selection and evidence stage
- What should identify a photo set?
- Use the final source URL, exact visible option text, evidence stage, and date checked.
- Why label the evidence stage?
- A listing image and a later warehouse photo are created for different purposes and times.
Describe only what is visible
- How specific should an observation be?
- Name the visible area and difference without inferring hidden materials, performance, or authenticity.
- What if a photo is too small?
- Record that the detail is not observable instead of enlarging a guess into a fact.
When to park a note
- What if option text and images conflict?
- Park the note until the intended selection and relevant evidence can be matched.
- Can an old screenshot resolve a current conflict?
- It may show history, but it does not replace a fresh live-page check.
Keep uncertainty visible
A useful note distinguishes observed, not observable, and unresolved details.
