How to write Kakobuy Spreadsheet QC notes
One small structured note is easier to review than a folder of unlabeled images.
Prepare the context
Collect three identifiers first
- Final source URL
- Exact intended option text
- Date the page or image was checked
Four-step note method
Keep evidence and judgment separate
Stop and mark unresolved whenever context is missing.
-
1. Identify the selection
Tie the note to the exact visible option rather than a broad product name.
-
2. Label the evidence stage
Record listing image, later warehouse photo, or historical reference.
-
3. Write visible observations
Describe the specific area shown and avoid unsupported conclusions.
-
4. Classify conflicts
Use observed, not observable, or unresolved, then write the next check needed.
Finish one traceable QC note
Context first, observations second, conclusions kept narrow.
