How to write Kakobuy Spreadsheet QC notes

One small structured note is easier to review than a folder of unlabeled images.

Prepare the context

Collect three identifiers first

  • Final source URL
  • Exact intended option text
  • Date the page or image was checked

Four-step note method

Keep evidence and judgment separate

Stop and mark unresolved whenever context is missing.

  1. 1. Identify the selection

Tie the note to the exact visible option rather than a broad product name.

  2. 2. Label the evidence stage

Record listing image, later warehouse photo, or historical reference.

  3. 3. Write visible observations

Describe the specific area shown and avoid unsupported conclusions.

  4. 4. Classify conflicts

Use observed, not observable, or unresolved, then write the next check needed.

Finish one traceable QC note

Context first, observations second, conclusions kept narrow.
